Central Scale will calibrate your scales within State and local required tolerances and accuracies. Our State-Licensed Technicians will check, test and calibrate your scales with our certified NIST traceable Test Weights at a frequency determined by your industry requirements and usage levels.
Preventive Maintenance includes:
- Visual inspection for physical condition of equipment.
- Testing for weight accuracy with certified weights.
- Calibrating and adjusting equipment as required.
- Providing a calibration report showing make, model, serial numbers location of equipment, capacity, scale accuracy before and after any adjustments.
- Placement of an inspection sticker on equipment showing date serviced, technician identification, and date of next scheduled Preventive Maintenance.
